We do not accept returns as all sales are final. We do not issue refunds for any reason with the exception of Defective On Arrival items. We can not guarantee delivery times on orders of supplies as we are at the mercy of the shipping companies. We will do our best to get the product to you as quickly as possible, but in the case of Holidays, UPS, FEDEX and other shippers get bogged down and shipping can be delayed. We do not do exchanges on any product we sell. Please make sure you know what you are buying before you finalize your order. If we do make an exception to our refund policy there will be a 25% restocking fee, which would come out of any refund we make an exception on. There is no refund on ANY Labor charges. No exceptions.
